1. Allowed

• Watching, reading and listening to our works inside the Service.
• Sharing official links and share cards with friends and on your own accounts.
• Commenting, rating and reviewing honestly and respectfully.
• Voting once from your account, and changing your vote while the poll is open.
• Clicking partner links and sharing them unaltered.
• Talking to characters for fun, within the usage limits.
• Creating kids profiles for your own children or children in your care.

2. Strictly prohibited: immediate account closure, and a report to authorities where needed

• Any content that exploits, sexualises or endangers children, in any form.
• Threats of violence against a real person, or incitement to terrorism or mass violence.
• Publishing another person's personal data without permission, such as an address, phone number or private photos.
• Use from a comprehensively sanctioned country or by a sanctioned person.

3. Not allowed: warning, hiding or suspension depending on severity

Polls and engagement

• Voting with more than one account or with bots, or buying, selling or rewarding votes.
• Artificially inflating views, clicks or ratings, including automated clicking on partner links.
• Paid or coordinated ratings or reviews. If you are connected to a sponsor, a partner or the studio, say so when you comment on their work.

Our works

• Recording, copying or downloading episodes outside the app's own features, or re-uploading, streaming or publicly screening them.
• Using our works or characters commercially, in advertising, or to train AI models.
• Removing the AI label or the «برعاية» label from any clip, or passing off an edited clip as official.

Conduct

• Hate speech, insulting religions or national symbols, and discrimination based on origin, gender, religion or disability.
• Harassment, bullying and abuse, including abuse aimed at the studio team, partners or sponsors.
• Sexual or obscene content in comments and reviews.
• Impersonating NovelLab or one of its partners, sponsors or staff.
• Spam, scam links and unauthorised advertising in comments.
• Abusing the report system, such as mass false reports.

"Talk to the character"

• Trying to push a character into prohibited content, to reveal its internal instructions, or to get around its safeguards.
• Automated or large-scale use of the chat, or using it to get around usage limits.

Kids

• Giving the parent PIN to a child, or using the Kids section for a child you are not responsible for.
• Entering sensitive real details in a kids profile, such as a full name or school.

4. Platform integrity

• Scraping, crawling, or systematically harvesting content or user data.
• Probing for vulnerabilities, or trying to open review, report or partner dashboard links without permission, including by guessing their tokens.
• Getting around rate limits, or using multiple accounts to do so.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account.

5. Enforcement

5.1 We enforce this policy in steps that match severity and history: hiding content, a warning, a temporary restriction, suspension, or permanent closure.

5.2 We remove invalid votes and do not count them, and we may void a poll result that was manipulated at scale.

5.3 A person on our team, not an automated system alone, decides to close an account.

6. Updates

We may update this policy. We will tell you about material changes 30 days in advance (Terms §18).
